Natalia González Requena is a Bolivian artist currently residing in Pittsburgh, USA. Frequently, she returns to Bolivia where she also continues to make artwork that narrows in on the physical through unassuming means and actions. Her drawings and recordings are about the mechanisms of their unfolding. These articulations pivot inconclusively in a poetics of disruptions and sequences.

 

 

She has a Master of Fine Arts degree at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland (2011) and a Licentiate in Fine Arts at the Pontifícia Universidad Católica de Chile in Santiago (2002).
